The Aesthetic Method is a full-service, inclusive medical spa in Ferndale, MI that has experienced transformational growth since opening its doors 7 years ago. While they had successfully built an inclusive community dedicated to bringing out individual natural beauty, their website presence no longer reflected their team's deep expertise, commitment to authentic results, and significant community impact. Our challenge was to elevate their online presence to match the quality of their in-person experience, while maintaining their core values of inclusivity and natural aesthetics.

In just the first three months, the site generated over 14,000 website visits from 12,000 unique visitors who viewed 25,000 total pages. The traffic sources show a beautiful balance between Google search and direct traffic, demonstrating both strong SEO performance and growing brand recognition in the Ferndale community.

Most impressively, their digital audience has expanded significantly with 1,000+ new email subscribers added during this period, building an inclusive community of potential clients.
